If your order was placed through our website, sign in to your online account to view your order status. If you placed your order through our customer service team, please contact our customer service team to check the status of your order.
Once an order is placed, you will need to contact us as soon as possible to cancel any part of your order. If approved, we will send you an email as verification. After your boutique piece has begun being built, we cannot guarantee a cancellation. If the order is unable to be canceled, scroll down to our Return’s tab to find out where to go from there.
We offer a Designer Trade Program to professionals in the industry who have registered through our website or customer service team. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.

We accept all major credit cards for payment. At this time, checks are not accepted as payment for merchandise.
When you place an order, the purchase amount will be temporarily pre-authorized on your account. This charge will be pending until your order ships. At that time, your will receive a paid receipt along with tracking information.
